Here is the scenario I ran into:
I had a new user to Acumatica ask what does add pop-up note in the Enter Record Note form do.
The Solution
The Add Pop-Up Note is a field on the Enter Record Note form. This additional field is available on Customers, Vendors, and users.
The Add Pop-Up Note as its name implies will result a window with the note to pop-up every time, in my case, this vendor is selected. By checking of the box an additional field becomes visible. This is where the note for the pop-up is added.
I now go to a purchase order to test is out. Once I select the vendor I added this note to, I get the following pop-up:
A very simple tool but also very useful.
