Central Nervous Systems is not a traditional reseller / implementor of ERP systems. We do not charge a fixed fee for an Acumatica implementation. Neither do we work on a time and materials basis. We are a subscription consulting practice. We charge for our service in the same way that Acumatica charges for the software - as a flat monthly fee.
ERP systems are like relationships; you need to constantly work on them in order that they remain healthy. Over the course of future years using Acumatica, you will need help to understand, setup and use new functionality released by the publisher that is beneficial to your business. In addition, you will need assistance with the deployment of new modules as your use of the system becomes more sophisticated and as your business requires more from the system. Finally, no matter how good you are as a company, staff turnover will occur, requiring assistance with training new staff and onboarding new positions as your organization changes.
At Central Nervous Systems, we consider Continuous Support to be the most important phase of an ERP deployment. It is during the Continuous Support phase that your use of the system will continue to evolve to provide more value to the organization as you realize small changes that will result in savings to the company, steps that can be taken out of processes due to changes in your business, and new capabilities that will offer advantages over your competition.
1. Dedicated support hours - 2 hours / week of scheduled support by senior Central Nervous Systems technical resources. Weekly support hours are available for, but not limited to:
New generic inquiries using native Acumatica functionality.
New custom dashboards using native Acumatica functionality.
New custom reports using the Acumatica report writer.
Financial period end support.
Training.
Assistance with deploying new processes within the business.
2. Weekly shared training webinars. (Thursdays at 11:00 am PST)
3. Annual upgrades of Acumatica Cloud ERP.
4. Year-end accounting support.
5. A library of training videos for common ERP functions.
6. Training of replacement power users.
7. Annual system audits.
8. Emergency telephone support.
